1. What We Collect

We collect your Discord user ID, conversation history, and subscription status. We do not collect real names, emails, or payment information directly -- payments are handled by Creem.

2. How We Use Data

• To provide personalized AI conversations
• To manage your subscription and trial
• To improve conversation quality

3. AI Data Processing

Your messages are sent to third-party LLM APIs for generating responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Messages are retained for context memory and deleted upon account termination.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment data, tax collection, and invoicing. We only receive subscription status from Creem, not your card details.

5. Your Rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting zennos0609@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
